Our History

Built on Service Since 1901

T.H. Rogers Lumber Company began on September 7, 1901, with just three stores in what was then Indian Territory, six years before Oklahoma became a state. Even in the earliest days, the company was built around dependable service, fair prices, and a commitment to supporting the builders who shaped their communities.

Expanding Across the Region

Over the past century, the company steadily expanded to meet the needs of the growing construction industry. What began as three stores has grown into 39 retail locations serving four states: Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. Our reach has grown, but our small-town service and customer-first mindset have stayed the same.

Employee Ownership: A New Chapter

In 1993, T.H. Rogers became an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. This transition marked a turning point in our history, giving every employee a stake in our future. This ownership mindset is a huge part of what makes our service stand out. We don’t just work here. We own the place, and it shows.

Looking Ahead

More than a century after opening our first stores, T.H. Rogers continues to grow, evolve, and serve the region with the same principles that guided us in 1901. Our history influences everything we do, and we’re proud to carry those values into every project we support today.
